Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 4-6 minutes or until the sauce has reduced enough to coat the back of a spoon. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Stir the butter into the sauce. Add the pasta to the pan and gently toss the pasta into the sauce. EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)2 pinches of nutmeg&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Three 15oz cans of chicken broth&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 cup small pasta&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine meat, bread crumbs, cheese, garlic pwdr, 1/4 c. of the minced onion, salt &amp;amp; pepper. Form 1/2" meatballs &amp;amp; place on a baking sheet. Bake about 12-15 minutes. It sure tastes like the real thing!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 1/2 pound baking potatoes&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 pound butter&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 cups yellow onion -- diced&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/3 cup flour&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;5 cups water&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 cup low sodium chicken base&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 cup instant potato flakes&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3/4 teaspoon dried basil&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 cup heavy cream&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 cup milk&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;salt and white pepper to taste&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;grated cheddar cheese&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sliced scallions&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;bacon(cooked until crisp and diced)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Scrub washed potatoes and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven until a fork pierces to the center easily. Remove potatoes from oven and allow to fully cool. Remove skin and cut potatoes into 1/2-1" cubes. Set aside. Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add onions and saute over low heat for 10 minutes or until onions are translucent. Don't allow onions to burn. Add flour to onions and butter and cook 4 - 5 minutes, stirring well until flour is absorbed. In a separate container, combine water, chicken base, potato flakes and seasonings. Stir or whisk thoroughly to eliminate lumps. Add slowly to onion mixture, stirring constantly so no lumps form. Increase to medium heat and continue cooking until the soup begins to gently simmer. Add milk and cream, stirring until smooth and lightly thickened. Simmer for 15 minutes. Do not boil. Soup should just simmer lightly. Add cubed baked potatoes and stir to combine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Remove from heat and serve. Place the bacon grease in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the onions and saute until the onions start to blacken. While the onions are carmelizing, in a mixing bowl place the water, honey and red wine vinegar. Using a wire whisk, mix the ingredients well. Add the cornstarch and whisk well. After the onions have carmelized, add the Dijon mustard to the onions and stir together with a rubber spatula. Add the water, vinegar, pepper, honey and cornstarch to the mustard and onions and mix. Continue stirring until mix thickens and comes to a boil. CHANG'S Chicken Lettuce Wraps</title><content type='html'>&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;8 dried shiitake mushrooms &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tsp cornstarch &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 tsp dry sherry &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 tsp water salt and pepper &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;5 tbsp oil 1 tsp fresh minced ginger &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 cloves garlic, minced &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 green onions, minced &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 small dried chilies&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 (8 oz) can bamboo shoots, minced &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts, minced &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 package cellophane Chinese rice noodles, prepared according to package&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cooking Sauce:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tbsp hoisin sauce &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tbsp soy sauce &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tbsp dry sherry &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 tbsp oyster sauce &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 tbsp water &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tsp. sesame oil &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tsp. sugar &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 tsp. cornstarch &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Iceberg lettuce "cups" leaves &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Cover mushrooms with boiling water, let stand 30 minutes then drain. Cut and discard woody stems. Minces mushrooms. Set aside. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mix all ingredients for cooking sauce in bowl, and set aside. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In medium bowl, combine cornstarch, sherry water, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and chicken. Stir to coat chicken thoroughly. Stir in 1 tsp. oil and let sit 15 minutes to marinate. Heat wok or large skillet over medium high heat. Unsweetened cocoa powder &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;pinch of salt &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 extra large eggs &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 tsp vegetable oil&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Filling:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 c Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 c heavy cream &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;6 tbs. sugar &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tbs. orange zest &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 tbs. Grand Marnier &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;12 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;a pinch of salt &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Combine the flour, cocoa, and salt in a bowl and make a well in the center. Add the eggs and oil in the center of the well and mix with a fork to form the dough. Knead the dough for 15 minutes until it is smooth and shiny, adding more flour if necessary to keep the dough from sticking. Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for half an hour. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Roll the pasta out by hand or with a machine and cut into eight 4-1/2 x 11-inch strips. Cook two strips at a time in boiling salted water. Cook just 20 seconds after the water returns to a boil.&lt;br /&gt;Plunge the noodles into cold water to stop the cooking. When cooled, place on towels in a single layer to drain. Salt&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 1/2 t. ground pepper&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 1/2 (12 oz.) cream style corn&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 1/2 C. shredded American cheese&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 C. cornstarch1 C. water&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 lb. ground beef&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/3 C. chopped oniontortilla chips&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Bring broth to a boil in a large pot. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Crush tomatoes by hand and add with juice to broth. Add cumin, garlic, salt, pepper, corn, and cheese. Bring to a boil again. Dissolve cornstarch in cup of cool water in small bowl. Add to boiling soup slowly while stirring constantly. Let simmer 10 minutes. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;While soup simmers, sauté ground beer in skillet with chopped onion. Drain off any grease. Turn soup off, and add cooked beef mixture. Butter, melted&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix first three ingredients together, add 1 Tbsp. of the melted butter into batter. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms. Turn onto surface that has been dusted with flour. Knead 20 times, roll 1/2 inch thick, and place in an ungreased 8 by 8 cake pan. Place biscuits next to each other, when the you have placed all of them in there flatten slightly. In the top of a double boiler over simmering water, combine semisweet chocolate, bitter chocolate, butter and vanilla.
